ran around church twice!
and its like runing 2.4km sia!
so tired!
these few days I seem to excercise quite alot!
wed: Badminton;
thur: Soccer(PE);
fri: Jogging;
sat: Swimming;
sun: Swimming(swimming carnival);
that's good(:
burn fats!
