How do you define friendship?(rhetorical question)

Aquaintances will just say "hi" and "bye",
sometimes play and have fun with you,
and when you do something wrong,
they will not bother to correct you and will leave you to fend for yourself.
WHY?
Because they are just aquaintances.
That don't care how well you will do.

Friends will talk about anything from dusk to dawn,
play and have fun with you,
and when you do something wrong,
they will correct you right at your face even if you would get angry,
and solve all problems with you.
WHY?
Because they are your true friends!
They put you so close to their hearts that it hurts to see you do wrong.
They want you to prosper and not fail.
Because they LOVE you!

I correct you, my friends,
not that I'm being offensive,
but because I put all of you so close to my heart that it hurts to see you all do wrong.
I want you all to prosper and not fail.
Because this is true friendship!
Because I love you, my friends!
