Okay, EB(Espresso&Brew) is seriously confusing! So many different steps for so many different drinks. But practise makes perfect, so I'll just keep practising till I can get all the drinks perfectly well done.

Now, I really like being a barista! It is really a very interesting profession.
You have to acquire the knowledge to make the drinks. You get to make different drinks, however, you would not know how they taste like because you cannot taste the drinks that you are going to serve.
So you apply your knowledge to make a drink, serve it to the customer and watch the customer sips and tastes. The customer walks off with a satisfied face. These make you feel contented as you have made a considerably good drink.
